Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including your RMA number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
